This equipment provides the flexibility to meet customer requirements for both high and low volumes.
This range of equipment provides flexibility to manufacture a wide range of components. Currently in excess of 60 different tools are produced for various customers, with monthly volumes ranging between 20 000 and 4 000 000 parts per month.
CNC + Lathe Turning
SELAGO INDUSTRIES' manufacturing expertise lies in the production of high volume turned metal components made from: Brass, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium, as well as the manufacture of various tyre valves and accessories for the aftermarket. The following automatic, semi-automatic and CNC lathes are used for the machining of components:- 5-Spindle Automatic Lathes (Bar Capacity up to 19mm)
- 6-Spindle Automatic Lathes (Bar Capacity up to 25mm)
- Single Spindle Automatic Lathes (Bar Capacity up to 60mm)
- CNC Lathes (Bar Capacity up to 60mm)

High and Low Volume Pressings
SELAGO INDUSTRIES also manufactures high volume pressed metal components for the automotive, industrial and aftermarket sectors. This modern pressing facility uses the following equipment:- 250 ton Double Ram C Frame Press
- 160 ton Double Ram C Frame Press
- 60 ton Single Ram C Frame 2nd Operation Press
- 20 ton Single Ram C Frame 2nd Operation Press
- 25 ton Double Ram H Frame High Speed Press
- 40 ton Double Ram H Frame High Speed Press
